Council Wooten III, Founder and Principal
Council Wooten III is a seasoned construction executive and founder of Council Design Build, widely recognized for his expertise in high-end residential renovations and commercial projects. With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Council has built a reputation for delivering timeless, sophisticated spaces with precision, creativity, and unmatched attention to detail.
Council began his career in construction in 1986, guided by a deep passion for craftsmanship and design. After earning a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi in 1994, he spent several years in the financial services industry, where he developed valuable business and financial acumen. Ultimately, his calling in construction led him back to the field—this time, with a vision to blend financial insight with premium design and build practices.
Over the past three decades, Council has successfully led residential and commercial projects across Atlanta and beyond, with a focus on bespoke renovations, custom interiors, and complex buildouts. His approach is rooted in assembling elite teams of craftsmen, subcontractors, and design professionals to ensure every detail reflects the highest standards.
